Sub-Processors
Who else handles your data & why.

The list below identifies all third-party processors ADS engages to deliver the service. Each is bound by a written agreement that limits use of personal data to providing the contracted service.
Notice of new sub-processors will be posted on this page at least 30 days before going live. To object to a new sub-processor, email privacy@adslaw.ai.

Cross-border transfers
Where your data is transferred from the EEA, UK, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs — Decision (EU) 2021/914) incorporated by reference in our Data Processing Agreement. The UK Addendum applies for UK-origin data.
