Risk Management

Acknowledgment Required

Before you can book a session or submit a document, read the disclosure carefully. This is your legal record that you understood what Risk Management is — and what it isn't.

1 · What ADS Risk Management Is

Agentic, Data & Source ("ADS") offers three Risk Management products: Ask the Founder ($19, group, 30 min); Get Grilled by the Founder ($99, private 1-on-1, 30 min); and Document Risk Score ($79, software-generated statistical risk profile by the Aegis Engine).

2 · What ADS Risk Management Is Not

Risk Management is not the practice of law. It is not legal advice. It is not legal representation. It is not a substitute for a licensed attorney admitted in your jurisdiction. Nothing said during a live session, and nothing produced by the Aegis Engine, constitutes a legal opinion on your specific matter.

3 · The Founder Is Not a Licensed Attorney

Dustin L. Clemons is not a licensed attorney in any state, federal, or foreign jurisdiction. He is a self-represented (pro se) litigant in active federal and state cases. Any statements he makes during a live session about his own cases are lived experience and observations, not legal advice.

4 · No Attorney-Client Relationship

Your participation, your document submission, and your communications with ADS or its personnel do not create an attorney-client relationship. No attorney-client privilege attaches. Communications may be disclosed if required by subpoena or other legal process.

5 · Live Session Formats

Ask the Founder is a group call (up to six participants per 30-minute slot). Get Grilled is a private one-on-one session. In both, the founder will share his own experience and will ask you questions about your situation. He will not analyze your specific case, predict outcomes, or recommend filings or strategies. Conclusions and decisions are entirely your own.

6 · The Document Risk Score Process

When you upload a court document, it is processed by the Aegis Engine — a software-only analytical pipeline. The founder does not personally read or review your document. The Engine produces a statistical risk profile across six dimensions plus a comparison score against the founder's own court filings in jurisdictions matching your document. The output is a PDF report. Your uploaded document is deleted from ADS systems within 24 hours of report delivery.

7 · Calls Are Recorded

All live sessions are recorded and archived for up to seven (7) years. Recordings are stored in encrypted long-term storage and retrieved only if you request your own session, ADS receives valid legal process, or ADS requires the recording to respond to a complaint or claim. Recordings are not transcribed by default.

8 · Underserved Mission

ADS Risk Management is designed to serve people who cannot afford a licensed attorney at standard rates for their matter, and who are or intend to be self-represented (pro se). By proceeding you affirm that this describes your situation. If your matter requires representation in court (serious felony criminal charges, complex divorce involving minor children, immigration removal proceedings, or other life-stakes legal matters), please consult a licensed attorney or your state bar's lawyer-referral service. The founder retains the right to terminate a session and issue a refund if your matter is one for which Risk Management consulting is inappropriate.

9 · No Guarantees

ADS makes no guarantee, promise, or warranty about the outcome of your legal matter, the success or failure of any filing, the accuracy or completeness of any information shared, or the predictive validity of any risk score. Past outcomes — including the founder's own cases — do not guarantee future outcomes. The Aegis Engine's statistical comparison is a comparison metric only, not a prediction of legal outcome.

10 · Refunds

Live sessions: refundable up to 24 hours before your scheduled session via support@adslaw.ai. Inside the 24-hour window, refunds are discretionary. Document Risk Score: refundable until the Engine starts processing (typically within 2 hours of upload). After processing begins, the fee is non-refundable.

11 · Waiver of UPL Claims

By proceeding, you acknowledge that the services have been designed and structured to operate outside the unauthorized practice of law in every jurisdiction. You waive any present or future claim that ADS, its founder, or its personnel engaged in the unauthorized practice of law by providing the Risk Management services described above.

12 · Governing Law & Disputes

This acknowledgment and the Risk Management services are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute is resolved by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in Los Angeles, California, except that claims for injunctive relief may be brought in court of competent jurisdiction. You waive participation in any class action.

13 · Right to Consult an Attorney

You retain at all times the right to consult a licensed attorney about your matter, separately from your use of ADS Risk Management. Resources: your state bar's lawyer-referral service; the Legal Services Corporation directory at lsc.gov/find-legal-aid; pro bono legal-aid organizations in your jurisdiction.
